Responsibilities
Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences.
Work on real business projects and contribute to key company initiatives.
Rotate across different functions/departments to gain exposure to various aspects of the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Attend regular mentorship sessions with senior leaders and industry professionals.
Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to improve business processes.
Adapt to dynamic work environments and demonstrate agility in learning new skills.
Complete performance evaluations and assessments throughout the program.
Qualifications
Background degree: Business administration, computer science, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Cybersecurity, accounting, HR, IS, MIS, Operations & Project management, GIS الهندسة، علم الجيولوجيا وعلوم الأرض، نظم المعلومات الجغرافية.
