We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the National Real Estate Registration Services Company (Real Estate Registry - RER). This position will provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects within our organization.


About RER


The National Real Estate Registration Services Company (Real Estate Registry RER) is a Saudi company with an exclusive mandate to handle title registration operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. RER aims to create a digital database as an essential infrastructure for the transformation of the real estate ecosystem. RER will redefine the sector by providing enhanced services with cutting-edge technologies to ease the landowner experience and enhance decision-making for investors and partners. RER's value lies in embracing innovation to offer technologically advanced services, while also ensuring transparency and reliability through final outputs that transform the vision of future real estate endeavors into tangible realities.



Responsibilities


  • Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences.
  • Work on real business projects and contribute to key company initiatives.
  • Rotate across different functions/departments to gain exposure to various aspects of the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attend regular mentorship sessions with senior leaders and industry professionals.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to improve business processes.
  • Adapt to dynamic work environments and demonstrate agility in learning new skills.
  • Complete performance evaluations and assessments throughout the program.



Qualifications



Background degree: Business administration, computer science, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Cybersecurity, accounting, HR, IS, MIS, Operations & Project management, GIS الهندسة، علم الجيولوجيا وعلوم الأرض، نظم المعلومات الجغرافية.



Program duration

12 months.

Program acceptance criteria


  • Bachelor or Master degree.
  • GPA (3 of 4 or 4 of 5).
  • Age of Bachelor holder candidate up to 25 and Master holder candidate up to 28.
  • Saudi national.
  • Fresh graduate.
  • Fluent in English.
